Dr. Frank H. Schmidt comes from Nacogdoches, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, in 1979. Dr. Schmidt completed his internship and residency training at the University of Oklahoma in 1988. Dr. Schmidt has been practicing in the Big Horn Basin area since July 1988. He is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon and is a member, since 1990, of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Schmidt has extensive training and experience in treating a wide variety of orthopaedic conditions with special emphasis in joint reconstruction, sports injury, and disorders of the hand.
